A question for those who teach historical wrestling-
How do you incorporate it into your HEMA syllabus? Do you devote entire lessons on it? Use it just as a warm up? Devote half lessons to it? etc etc. If you teach wrestling from the German sources, where do you start off from?

Our lessons are two hours each so the first hour is often devoted to warm up, wrestling and dagger from the SESH Syllabis.
